Ross Bailes Scores Ultimate Southeast Victory At Ultimate
Elkin, North Carolina - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region traveled to Ultimate Motorsports & RV Park located in Elkin, North Carolina on Saturday April 20th for the "Ultimate Takeover" event paying $7,500 to win.
Ross Bailes of Clover, South Carolina moved to the lead in the final circuits around the speedway and held off Ultimate Southeast Tour competitors to score the victory with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region Saturday at Ultimate Motorsports & RV Park worth $7,500. The victory was Bailes thirteenth all time with the Ultimate Southeast Tour. Payton Freeman, Jordan Koehler, Jamison McBride, and Ben Watkins rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was Jamison McBride. After starting 12th and finishing 6th Michael Leach was the hard charger of the event. B-Main winners included Benji Hicks and Michael Leach.
The next event currently scheduled for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region is set for May 4th at Lancaster Motor Speedway located in Lancaster, South Carolina paying $20,000 to win. The event will be co-sanctioned with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series.
