SUMTER SPEEDWAY JUNE 5 UP NEXT FOR THE ULTIMATE SUPER LATE MODEL SERIES SOUTHEAST REGION

Sumter Speedway June 5th Up Next For The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region

Carnesville, Georgia - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will travel to the "Toughest Lil Dirt Track In The South" Sumter Speedway located in Sumter, South Carolina on Saturday June 5th for the first ever appearance for the Ultimate Southeast Tour to the Speedway paying $5,000 to win.

Saturday June 5th race program at Sumter Speedway will include the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region ($5,000), Street Stock, Stock V8, Mod 4, and Extreme 4. Gates are set to open at 3:00 PM. Drivers meeting is set for 4:45 PM with hot laps at 5:00 PM. June 5th admission will be $35 in the pits and $20 in the grandstands. Prior to Saturdays event Sumter Speedway will also be in action on Friday June 4th as the Speedway will host racing in 602/604 Late Model, Super Street, and Econo 4. On June 4th the Speedway will also be having a open practice for all Saturday competing divisions including open practice for Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region competitors. Gates are set to open at 5:00 PM. Drivers meeting is set for 5:45 PM with hot laps at 6:00 PM. June 4th admission will be $25 in the pits and $15 in the grandstands. Kids 10 and under along with all active and retired military are free in the grandstands.

The chase for the 2021 Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region championship heats up as the current top five in the standings are all within a 8 point difference.

Headed into Sumter Speedway the current top five in the Ultimate Southeast Region point standings include Anthony Sanders (220 PTS), Dustin Mitchell (218 PTS), Cla Knight (217 PTS), Jeff Smith (215 PTS), and Zack Mitchell (212 PTS).
