The Mike Butler Memorial Event At Cherokee Speedway May 30th Up Next For The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region Paying $7,500 To Win
Carnesville, Georgia - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will travel to "The Place Your Mama Warned You About" Cherokee Speedway located in Gaffney, South Carolina on Sunday May 30th for the "Mike Butler Memorial" event paying $7,500 to win. The event will be 50 laps.
The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region will host round eight of the 2021 season as the tour travels to Cherokee Speedway. 2021 Ultimate Southeast Tour winners currently include Brandon Overton (3), Dustin Mitchell (1), Zack Mitchell (1), Cla Knight (1), and Anthony Sanders (1).
Sunday May 30th race program at Cherokee Speedway will include the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region ($7,500), Thunder Series Late Models, Mid East Street Stock, MMSA, Thunder Bomber, Extreme 4, and Pure Stock. Gates are set to open at 3:00 PM. Drivers meeting is set for 7:00 PM with on track action to follow. Grandstand admission will be $25. Pit admission will be $35. Kids 12 years and younger free. Headed into Cherokee Speedway the current top five in the Ultimate Southeast Region point standings include Anthony Sanders (204 PTS), Cla Knight (193 PTS), Jeff Smith (193 PTS), Dustin Mitchell (189 PTS), and Zack Mitchell (182 PTS).
